If you are not completely satisfied with Maven Bliss, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your bi-monthly payments at any time. In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel or contact us prior to the renewal date on the 11th of each month. Email email@example.com or login to your account and click on cancel.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE ELEVENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends or colleagues. Please make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
